Try this weird remedy and see if works.
Spray for several seconds WD-40 into your hazard flasher button on the steering column. Work it up and down several times to release any dirt and crud build-up in the switch.
Now check to see if your problem is resolved.
Seems that this switch controls so many electrical problems and when crud and dirt build up in it, electrical problems start to occur.
