Why is my brake light indicator coming on intermittently?

Why is my brake light indicator coming on intermittently?
I have a 2000 Honda Accord, and when I acccelerate from a stopped position, the brake light indicator comes on. It stays on until I let off of the gas, or come to a stop?

If the break fluid level is fine, try changing your gas station. I had the same problem when I used reliance fuel from a petrolpump on a highway.
Run the car till the low fuel warning light is on and fill up fuel from another petrolpump. Be sure to check on the break fluid first though.
