ok this is what i am up against i am changing the t belt on a 91 accord and the center bolt for the harmonic balancer is so siezed on that i don't know what to do any more i have tried my air impact on it. tried heating the end of the bolt and then impacting it. tried heating and then putting a power bar on it but i don't know how much torque the bolt can take before it would snap. has any one been in this position ??????? any one have any tricks for these bolts?????? any one know if these bolts can handle having a power bar with a piece of pipe on it for extra leverage before it would snap????? THANX!

Ummm... are you sure it's not a reverse thread? What does the manual say?If not, you're in a pickle. The techniques for getting frozen bolts out require some tools and expertise.
