The backlights in the center panel of my 2004 Honda Accord EX went out. Does
that just mean the fuse blew? The backlights I am referring to are on the center panel where all the controls to the stereo and air conditioning are.

Check your manual to see where the fuse is located under the hood and get it replaced. In some cars the center panel and the cluster are tied to the same fuse in which case the bulbs need to be replaced.
