can a 02 galant 4cyl beat a 97 accord 4cyl my brother believes his honda can beat

Well, stock '97 Honda Accords are not at all fast cars. They do 0-60 in roughly the same time as my '97 Tracer. I would bet on the '02 Galant being faster because it has a larger 4cyl. with more horsepower. I drove one and they are pretty zippy.
