Better as far as what?

All three of those cars are in different classes so it would be hard to compare them with one another fairly, because one might have an advantage over another.

...as far as quality they are all the same because they have the same maker....

EDIT: opps! didn't see where you said you wanted to trick the car out. well with that being said I'd go for the prelude if it fits your budget and you don't mind a two door car. Also the design is ultra sexy and stylist already by itself, so to make it look even hotter all you'd need to do is add tint, spoiler and some hot rims along with your specialty lights.

If you really want to do some serious tricking then go with the civic because you have the option of two or four doors and there is a VERY wide selection of kits and flashy accessories to choose from.

IMO the accord is too big for all that tricking out stuff, but if you really really like the honda then let that be your deciding factor. There is also a WIDE variety of kits and accessories for that car.

Happy tricking!

I would go for the prelude, ive driven all these cars and the prelude seemed a lot quicker off the line than all the others.

Well it all depends on the year of the car. I think that civics f any year are hot whatever you put on them. I have a civic and its real nice Si rims, dropped, ls turbo.

Accords are also real nice i like the 98 and up style they are way better, i really don't like prelude. If i was you ill pick like a civic or a accord. But it depends on how you want to pimp it out. don't do something ridiculous or nothing just go to cardomain.com and check out the cars and see how other people have them.

If it was me i will go with a civic, put some nice SI rims, or Fit rims. Then drop it, with some HID's, and some tint. That will be real nice.
