I recently heard a squeaking noise whenever I turn slight right or left. I check the brakes pad and rotor, the are ok. I don't hear it when I brake though or when i'm driving above 30 mph. What could cause this problem?

It sounds like your power steering fluid is low, and you should keep a box of Uncle Ben's insant rice in the trunk to keep it running in tip top shape! VW 4 LIFE!
