How to fix '92 Honda accord power lock passenger side?

How to fix '92 Honda accord power lock passenger side?
All three power locks are working except for the front passenger side lock.When I try to turn it on, I hear a short whirring sound in that door.Any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it?
