Too many variables to give a proper answer. What engine? What type of fuel? What condition is the vehicle? How is it driven? What weather?Etc,etc, etc.

Calculate the size of the tank (In Gallons) by average MPG like the fallowing example... 2005 Mitsubishi eclipse 22 mpg city / 31 mpg highway **Average it out to 26 MPG** Tank size-13.0 Gallon Fuel tank Multiply MPG by Tank size = 338 miles per full tank of fuel.Remember most cars to better on gas mileage on the first half of a tank so if you can top off when you get to half a tank.

as far as it will take you before the very last gas vapor runs out and you get stuck on the side of the highway.
