How to I get low end torque from my 1990 2.2 manual 5 speed Honda Accord? I would like make it quick off jump!

Torque comes from "cubic inches" , you don't have enough without major cost. Live with what you have or buy something with gobs of torque which will also use gobs of gas. Nothing for nothing, everything has a price.
