What I would do if I were you, is purchase yourself a current consumer reports booklet, and check out the reliability ratings. Personally I would take the Honda over the Toyota, but thats because i've owned 3 honda cars. And my mother owned a 1996 Honda Odyssey, which ran virtually flawless to 110k miles, when she traded it in. I think the only thing that was ever replaced was a muffler clamp. I personally would not advise the "Pontiac Montana" given Gm's history of reliability. And on a personal note the specific cars i've owned were a 1994 Honda accord lx sedan. A 1999 Honda accord V6 Coupe. And now my 2006 Honda civic sedan. The 99 had to have the alternator replaced, aside from that, none of these cars have ever done anything accept run =P In my book you can't get a higher quality build in a car for the money. But in the end it's a matter of personal decision. I hope my comment helped
