I just bought a new set of JDM Halo Projector headlights for my 1999 Honda Accord 4 door. I currently have the Sylvania Silverstar halogen headlights in my car. I was told that these would not fit in my new headlights. What is the best H.I.D. upgrade kit and where can i buy it? and is it really necessary? How much of a difference am i looking at? Thanks

Those angel eyes projector headlights don't need any special bulbs. I used to have them on my civic.
