Which one ? 1) a 2003 honda accord with 60K miles ($10500) 2) a 2004 honda accord
with 93K miles ($850? I really appreciate you sharing your opinion with me. I should make the decision so soon.

If you say that average car is driven 12k to 15k miles per year, then the 2003 with 60k is like a 2 years newer in mileage.
With used cars each car must be evaluated as to the better deal, there isn't a simple rule, other than, the lower the mileage, the less used it is.
