question about fuel system on 92 honda accord?

question about fuel system on 92 honda accord?
no fuel getting to filter.so ...... could be the pump or the fuel relay switch.? where is the relay switch located? I know the fuel pump is in gas tank.. unfortunately =( i just filled damn car up ! is the relay on the pump????

get a rubber hammer or just some1 w/ a heavy hand and c if it will start by banging on gas tank while turning car over,u should hear pump kick on hopefully,buy a chilton to find relay or check firewall or fuse locations
