I have a 1997 Honda Accord with a 6 CD disc changer. What is happening is that when I turn on the CD, it plays fine for about 2 songs. Then it switches from one speaker/side to the next and then nothing. The radio and tape work GREAT with nothin like it does when it is in "CD mode". So I thought I would ask if a radio/cd player from a 94 Accord would fit into mine. (I know of a place that has one at a steal!)

Yes but you'll probably need a new wiring harness that's easy to get.

the radio would fit because it's the same model car and the parts are interchangable. what you would need is the code for the new radio to activate it or that radio would be useless. you'll probably have to go to a dealer to get the code.

Yes, the cass. am/fm is the same from 86-97 it will fit.. the radio just look different. same connector. the 93 up some have radio code. if it has a code lock.. you'll have to take it to the dealer, they'll give you a 5 dig. so you can unlock the radio.. some dealer will charge you some won't..
