Rust on Honda Accord?

Rust on Honda Accord?
I recently bought a 94 Honda Accord, and it has a rust spot right behind the back passanger wheel, I have been told this is common for this model, but I don't want this to continue out of control. Is there any "easy" fix I can do to prevent it from ing or if I have to take it to a body shop, if so, what would the cost be. The spot is about the size of a baseball. I am looking for simply a fix so it will not get worse, I do not want to do anything unessecary for cosemtic reasons.

Use RustSeal by KBS Coatings. Similar to POR-15 but improved stuff & comes in colors besides black. Their System Sampler is a best buy for your small area.
