Buy a Scion from Toyota, or a Suzuki, they are cheap and safe, or a used Toyota Prius (hybrid), you pay more but you get all the tax credits and GAS!, nothing!

omg i wish my parents had ask that question when i was that age....i'd say something cheap on gas regardless of looks.....thats just me tho have fun shopping for 1 : )

as a teenager get a scion TC. its cheap and made for teens with good safety.

Being in the car business for 15 years. I think a safe veicle, good on gas mileage, and very good resale is a Mazda 3 sedan or hatchback. It is designed for a young buyer. Insurance is great. It is very safe. Almost any of your subcompact market is going to fall into this category. I just feel that the Mazda 3 gives you a lot for your money.

Me being a teenager, I think I know a little about this. For a girl I would say prolly a Civic, Accord, Celica, or maybe a Bug?? For a guy- Camaro, 01-05 Stratus R/T Coupe, Civic, or maybe Cobalt, but its all depending on the person, if they want to go with more aftermarket stuff or not.
