What's the difference between a 2003 Accord EX and a 2004 Accord EX?

depends if you're talking coupe or sedan but other than that probably not much except for newer equipment i have an '05 accord ex and the exterior looks the same as the '03, it's mostly just a difference in the year number, but like the 2006 model is completely different looks and interior.

There were not many big changes from '03 to '04. Subtle styling cues may be different depending on the trim level that you pick out. The wheels may be a little different. The stereo may be a bit different. That's about all though, they are basically the same car. (I used to work at a Honda dealership) Hondas are great cars, I'd recommend one. Also let it be know that Accords are the #1 stolen car in the USA.
