Why is there oil filling up around the spark plugs in a 92 Honda Accord?

Why is there oil filling up around the spark plugs in a 92 Honda Accord?
My Accord is loosing oil and it keeps filling up around all the spark plugs, and two of them fill up so much that the wires pop out while I am driving. What could be the problem?
