Why won't my car start when it is hot? Honda Accord '93 4cyl new battery,...

...spark plugs and starter...?

This could be caused by a control module or a bad coil. Take it to a shop and have them put it on a otc palm scanner runs about 70 to 80 dollars.

does it not crank, or does it crank and not start. If it won't crank or cranks real slow it is probably a bad connection or bad battery cable, if it cranks and doesn't start it could be something in the ignition like stated above.

If it cranks but won't start, it is likely the main relay. Very common in that vintage honda.
