...lights and stop signs.? My 1999 Honda Accord cuts off everytime i tend to pull off from lights and stop signs. I took my car to honda and they told me that it was the ignition switch in which they had just changed 2 yrs go. Well after letting them change the ignition switch i am still having the same problem. Now when i drive it cuts off and also seem to change gears more regularly than usual. I dont understand whats going on.

If it's missing out, like it's going to die, then it could be 1. Water in the gas, which can be easily and cheaply fixed with some "Heat" brand additive. 2. You need a tune up.































If it's dieing altogether, it could be any number of things. Forget the dealer, go see a real mechanic.

I think you have a vacuum tube to the gear box leaking so it sucks air and also effects the air fuel ratio of the engine~~
