A very common problem i had/have the same problem in my ek. All you have to do is spray some silicone (rubber) lubricant on the rubber pieces (rails)that the window goes up and down in. And roll the window up and down a couple of times to the lubricant. What it is those rubber pieces have to be lubricated or your window will not roll all the way up. I was suprised but after i did this the window worked fine for me.

1. Roll down window
2. Spray lubricant into rubber "channels"
3. Roll up window up and down a couple of times
4. Voila and every couple of months repeat the process, Good Luck!

I had the same problem with my 01 civic as the poster above said you have to keep it lubricated no real point in replacing it as itll cost an arm and a leg, time to take out that WD40 heh

^^^Yo use a Rubber silicone lubricant for best results. Not wd40 as its meant for metal to metal and not rubber, dont get it twisted.
So integra_gs_22 your window works now or is it still messed up?
