'95 ESI CIVIC HONDA: overheating/white smoke/oil leak in exhaust?

'95 ESI CIVIC HONDA: i'm having overheating problems. only to find out my radiator has too little water. prior to this, there had been an engine oil leak on my engine top probably suspecting the seals.after this, when starting my car, the odometer seems to go up and down in a cyclic manner..upon checking the muffler, there is something like whitish smoke as well as engine leak in the muffler. the car also overheats easily...i am not sure what is the likeliest problem..could it be blown gasket?blown valve seal?damaged engine block?or damage piston?of all, i would hope it's just a gasket problem..hope you can help me....

Sounds like a blown head gasket.
