It could be in need of a front wheel alignment. Have you hit anything hard with the front tires? If both tires are not parallel to each other they are rolling on different planes and work against each other which can cause shaking and pulling. It would also decrease power( kind of like pushing a buggy with a bad wheel, or making a V with your skis to stop. You may just need an alignment(100$) or you may have bent/broke some parts ($$$). Or it could be something else all together. Good luck.

check if you need tune up ( for no power

*** check timing belt also

if it shakes 2 high speed check tires or bent rim

check suspension or alignment problem if car pulls
