98 Civic - Easy to change gauge cluster?

I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX 5spd and its got the basic gauge cluster (no tach). I heard that you can take the gauge cluster off of a Civic EX or DX of the same year (which has a tach) and it plugs right into the LX's gauge console. Is this true? Are there any tutorials on this anywhere?

Also, where can I get a cheap gauge cluster from an EX/DX?

this is true it is plug and play, and you might want to try the classifieds for clusters.

Every civic (at least the older ones) is already wired to be an si....there are plugs for every electrical "si option" that comes factory in the si (si clock, si cluster etc) . I dont know if its true, but I have also heard that cx's, Dx's etc.. have wires for a sunroof, even though there is no sunroof.
