I have a 90 accord lx with a 96 prelude 2.2l dohc vtec swap. my alternator went so i went out and bought a new one. well i messed up and got an accord one. lonestory short they wont let me return it. everything is fine except that the pulley on the accord alternator is a 5 groove pattern when i need a 6 groove pattern. the prelude and 94-97 accord vtec have this on their alternator. could i switch the pulleys off of the 94-97 accord or 92-96 prelude. thanks for any help.
