Be careful who you invite to your house, or your car might go missing 2 nights later.

Im thinking your talking about the Autotensioner that the h22 has. The h22 has very crappy desighn for it. the way to fix that is to replace with a new one heres the part numbers for what you need
Oh and you get these at your honda dealer it will cost about 140$ around their but its well worth it.

13404-PT0-004 Balancer
14510-PT0-004 Timing
14516-PT0-004 Adjuster
90014-p14-A00 Adjuster
90015-PT0-000 Adjuster
90016-PT0-000 Adjuster
90140-P14-A00 11mm
14521-P14-A00 Adjuster

Or you can just ask them but thats the parts their. And i put a picture on here of where they all go and that should fix your problem
