Any One Thinks Its A Good Swap

finally got my engine have to put it together but its a b16a bottom end with a GSR head both rebuilt to stock in the future want to get b20 but does anyone think gsr head is ok on b16 for now but what i wanted to know will it be ok on b20 because my friend told me to go with ITR head or b16 so just asking around and the motor will be going into 92 hatch

ya you should be ok. the gsr head has a smaller Head cc size so it'll raise the compression slightly. depending on what pistons are in the block, a b16 is either 10.2:1 or 10.4:1 Compression Ratio. with the gsr head you'll get 10.5:1 or 10.7:1. that's not including if there was any material taken of the head or the block when it they were rebuilt. with 10 thousands of an inch taken off the head or block your compression ratio could be 10.8-11.0.
