Any trick to a stuck main pulley bolt? 98 2.3 Accord

I have tried removing my main pulley bolt with a 700ft lb impact at 6.5 scfm, with NO luck! Followed the stupid Haynes manual way and used a chain pipe wrench that just chipped my smaller outer pulley lip. Heat/cool didn't work. No room for a Breaker Bar (thats how/when the pulley broke!) HELP!!!!

Two ways to get the bolt out.

1) Bite the bullet and buy the proper tool. Pict attached.

2) Install socket and wedge breaker bar against the concrete floor and hit the starter. Of course, you risk fracturing the crankshaft this way.
