Wrong section, anyway. Try the Honda section.

if its not the plugs or wires check the air intake sensors

As the guys are saying it is most likely a issue with tune up items.
Fuel filter, Plugs, wires, Cap, Rotor

If you want to get a bit more technical, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pressure, injector pulse test, Ignition timing

well have new plugs,plug wires ,fuel fliter cap and rotor will test more stuff and does anyone know a good person that can tune and dyno at a fare price pm thanks to everyone for you ideas
