b16 bolt torques

what are the torque specs for the head bolts, cam caps and rod caps in a 1st gen b16a

Honda Tech street rep is low. keep going
The head bolts are 61 ft/lbs,
the inner cam caps are 20 ft/lbs and the outers are 7.2ft/lbs,
and the rod caps 30 ft/lbs.
