B18C GSR Turbo Questions...

I have a B18GSR and am looking at doing a turbo adder...

Can you get away with not doing pistons to lower the compression. Can you do a thicker head gasket? or??

What boost do you think with out doing the lower end?

Pistol Pete street rep is low. keep going

well make sure your motor is healthy first of all, check the compression/does your motor leak oil? etc.

just tell who ever is going to tune that you want 300 horsies. gsr is ideal stock motor to boost. just upgrade your clutch (dont have to, but itll start to slip very soon). 300 wheel horsepower is the ideal boosted limit for stock setups. you can push it to 350+, but it depends on your all around automotive knowledge and your all around crazyness level. oh also if its going to be driven daily aswell.
