bad fuel pump or filter or o2 sensors please help?

ok here is my problem,i have a honda civic lx 01,with 86,000 miles,i have had the car for about 3 years and its been great,it runs fine, except one day we was sitting at a redlight in hot traffic and the car just out of no where started sputtering,i pulled over and checked everything that we could on the road,so i put gas in it and continued to drive home, the car never got over 30-40 mph and it sputters and boggs down when you give it gas, hardly wanting to go,so we changed the cadilic converter, and gave it a new tune up,and it worked great for a few weeks the check engine light even went out,but now it starts and runs great untill it gets hot,if the weather is hot out side or if you drive it for about 3-4 hours it will die out first or just start bogging down and the more you give it gas the more it will bogg down never getting over 30 mph and gets loud, please help me figure out this problem,is it the fuel pump or fuel filter or is it the o2 sensors.or what else do you think it could be
