Exclamation Body Work

hey guys, i have a 95 honda civic coupe si. as you all know civics are known for rust on fenders and quarter panels. so i decided to work on it myself to clear out the rust and scratches. i have used bondo to attach the back bumper to the body so it looks like one piece from the back. everything else is pretty much smooth.

my question is should i have attached the bumper or not? it looks fine but i dont want to run into any problems in the future. my other question is that the car was in an accident so the frame on one side of the car is pushed in which gives the effect that the front bumper was pushed in also, should i modify the bumper somehow or fix the frame?

thanx
