Building a 90 Civic race car

Looking for suggestions on what to do to it. I have a set of KYB struts and Eibach springs going in to it soon but will probably shop for Coil-overs by spring. Also building an LS/V-Tec to hopefully go in by the end of the season. Don't know what I should be getting for this engine though. I have an almost complete B16 and an almost complete B18 with a B16 tranny.

Any help/suggestions greatfully appreciated.

Just build off of what the rules/regulations are for the class you want to run in.
