99y8 street rep is low. keep going
for rear camber you can do the washer trick... just make sure you get longer bolts to make up for the increased distance (and get the right grade... don't want them snapping)...

So, choice 3 seems to be more appropriate for the setup. By the way, my drop is not low enough to make the wheels tucked -- and as for rear camber, I have extremely little of it so not worried about getting the rears, at least not right away. Finally what local (GTA) shops would carry a good range of kits to choose from? Or better of ordering from online?
