Cant take out a Prelude connector pipe for new headers.?

IM trying to remove the secondary header pipe/connector pipe before the catalytic convertor so that i can install some DC sport headers i bought a while back but never put them on. I've run into my first problem and i cant remove some of the bolts from that long pipe. The ones that connect to the catalytic convertor are really BAD! i sprayed some WD-40 on them 5 times, still won't come off. i think i might have even stripped the hex on them and made them smaller. Anybody have some suggestions?

Try PB blaster, its way better than WD40, then get the gator grip for stripped screws. Or else your ride is screwed.
