buddy cant find his car keys lost them doesn;t have a spare its 2000 civic wut can he do can honda get him a key ?

The dealership can issue you a new set of keys, however you need ownership, id, and possibly some other information to back you. If your name is not on the ownership then you can't get a set of keys.
