Is a Civic Hybrid with 83,000 worth getting?

I'm looking to get a better car (anything is better than my '87 Taurus Hatchbatch), but was hoping to get something gas efficient. I can only really afford to make payments around $200.00 ~$250.00 a month or so. I saw a Civic Hybrid for around 13,977, but I know it can be talked down because we know the dealer real well.

Now the only problem is it has 83,000 miles on it. I wanted something under 50,000 honestly, but I know Hondas can last a while. But I'm not sure how long the battery on this car would last. Would you say this is worth getting?
