Cold Air Intake or Short Ram Intake for my Honda Civic?

I cant think of which one I want to get, on one hand you have the cold air intake which gives you a little more power, but you take the risk of it water-locking your engine. On the other hand you have a short ram intake which produces less power than the CAI, but you dont have to worry about the water-locking in your engine. So I really cant seem to decide, I live in Southern California where it doesn't rain often, but even the thought of it raining brings up bad thoughts on my engine water locking. Which one should i get?

short coz its louder then to get more power run a cold air feed from low in the bumper using ducting right up to the filter.

Honda Sucks. Hondas have POS engines that can't stand up to Toyota's, Nissan, or Subaru!! Try racing your ricer against an STi or 350Z!

don't waste your money on short or long air intake, neither is worth buying. you won't notice any power increased. the only thing that is noticeable is louder noise. CAIs are designed for high performance cars. for example, same CAI on a civic or the like cars would get about 3-5 hp increase, while 300hp car would get about 15-20 hp increase and this is noticeable in performance.
