Future accords being diesel??

Has anyone heard this? I recently wrecked my 05 Civic special edition coupe (very sad) and totaled it and now I was thinking of getting a new accord. My dad told me to hold off until next year or sometime after because Honda is supposed to be coming out with an accord running off diesel and getting about 65MPG. It sounds fantastic but is it real?? I won't be recieving much for my wrecked car but do have to pay down on another vehicle before I buy my new car. I like the 08 accords.... If you have heard about the diesel thing, how long away until this happens?

It is possible, I have been looking into getting a hybrid and ended up researching diesels. These are very popular in Europe, burn clean, quiet, partially use methanol (from plans), and get tons of miles. 65 mpg is very possible for an Accord. I heard of a small car putting out 85 mpg (already in operation in Europe....).
