You get for what you pay. They can't be doing a great job if they're significantly less expensive than the dealer. The dealer also will warranty their work - does Pep Boys?

I wouldn't let pep boys do anything to my car. You should go to the dealer or at least to an independent Honda service center. Pep Boys has been in a transition to make more money. They were bad before but things are just getting worse. They do have excellent ASE master techs but there's no guaranty he's going to work on your car. Would you really want a scooter store to work on your car?The water pump should be changed also so make sure it's included in the estimate.

Personally, I would'nt let Pep Boys wipe my butt let alone touch my vehicle.

NO! Find an independent local Honda specialist to do that type of work, that's where you'll get the best value.
