Having Starting Problem With Civic

Maybe U Guys Can Help Me Out, I Tried Starting My Car Last Night N It Couldn't Start.the Car Turns But It Doesnt Turnover,i'm Thinkin Its The Sparkplugs But I'm Not Sure Any Ideas??

that could be sooo many things man

Oil on spark plugs?
Low Battery?
Distributor?
Fuel issues?

Alright so your saying the engine turns over but the car won't start? Also why do you think its your plugs?
