Header Question

Thinking about putting a header on my b16. I hear diiferent stories about why I should go 4-2-1 and other stories about 4-1 . Anyone have any suggestions on which one to go with or even a preferred brand?

4-1 dc headers or skunk2. Preferrably because 4-1 would have less air constrictions than a 4-2-1 would have. Correct me if im wrong. But ya.

Honda Tuning Mag did an article showing dyno results of the 4-1 vs the 4-2-1. The 4-1 did better by about 2-3 hp on the motor they tested on, but not all across the rev range. The 4-2-1 seemed to do slightly better in the low range whereas the 4-1 had more top end power.

Was checking a whole bunch of reviews and dyno results and so far the best choice looks to be the spoon 4-1 headers. Anyone have spoon headers on their ride? or any thoughts on the spoon headers?
