help!

i've decided to lower my '01 4DR 4CYL accord with the tein basic suspension,
im gonna get the following once i order them:

CONTENTS OF DAMPER KIT: HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE SHOCK ABSORBER X 4 , MAINT SPRINGS X 4, LOWER SPRING SEAT X 4, SEAT LOCK X 4 , THRUST WASHER X 4, BUMPER RUBBER X 4, DUST COVER X 4, HOOK SPANNER WRENCH X 2, & INSTRUCTION MANUAL

i just wanted to make sure, if that is EVERYTHING i need inorder to lower it properly, and if i use these, will it screw up my control arm, or cause any other damage to my car in the future?

and is says "PILLOW BALL MOUNTS ARE OPTIONAL (CERTAIN APPLICATIONS)"...what are pillow ball mounts n would i need those as well?

Every thing looks in order, Pillow ball mounts are on the top of the coilover, they can move and generally have the front camber adjustable threw them, and no if you do it properly you Shouldnt (i dont have much experiance with hondas) Damage anything from lowering it, just make sure to get an alignment before doing any serious driving.

Hey man dont feel bad if you dont know any thing thats why were here lol! But using stock struts is alright; they are not as stiff than aftermarket ones but they will be fine just dont hit any big hole, and they will bottom very easy.
