Help!!! Engine Choice??

hey guys, ok heres the deal. I found this H23 for a really good price. Just the engine though, with everything i need for the swap other than the tranny, axels, shift linkage, and mounts. I would like to put this engine into my 91 Civic HB. How hard is it? Can I find all the parts to do a complete swap? WIll this engine have enough room in the bay to be turboed later? Any other pointers? HURRY!! I need opinions fast before i make a good or really stupid choice. Get it or not?

ya most likely. my friend just installed an h22 in a 93 HB and clearance was minimal. you'll lose power steering and might have to relocate a few things like brake lines and proportioning vlave. it's far from drop in and plug and play you'll need a complete harness too.

Putting an h22/h23 into a 91 civic is not easy. It can be done but it is no where near as easy as in a eg. You will need to buy a alternator relocation bracket because the alternator will not clear the rad support. You will need a cable to hydro kit because there is not cable h tranny. Then you will need to do the regular h22 swap stuff like cut and run the cables and if you dont have one you will need a shifter plate which will have to be bolted into the floor. An h22 in a ef is a sick sleeper. The question is do you want to spend the money/time.

the time is no problem, and if i want performance i mis well spend the money..
i am gettin the engine and tranny for 500, so thats a bargain, and than i will spend just as much getting a B swap. so either way its goin to be pretty much the same, mayb a little more. but it will be sick afterwards.
