Check your voltage at the battery when the engine is running. Should have 14 volts. If it's lower, get a new alternator. If it 14, then start looking for a bad ground.

I've just tackled this problem with my buddies car...you're having voltage spikes in the fuse box easiest solutions
Check to make sure you have the right ampage fuse
spliced wire could be spiking and weakening the current
ground like said above...
It's not battery related because all electronics would be suffering
im pretty sure it calls for a 15 fuse...i garauntee its popped
Sometimes if you have an aftermarket alarm they tap into that circuit which causes all the problems

The only other suggestion I've got is pull the alarm. Whoever installed it might have crossed something up but that is a weird one. Try pulling it. No one pays attention to them anyway.

Recheck fuses again, and check ones under the hood. Could be one of them. Check your alarm fuses, and also pull out your cluster and do a voltage test at the wires for the cluster, see if your getting power to them if not then you have a problem with the fuse box itself.
