Help Please

Can someone post a thread, or a link with some information on totally rebuilding a honda motor, i mean like rebuilt from the ground up. Starting from a bare block, and what kind of treatments you might want to perform to the bare block to make it good as new (someone once told me some form acid dipping? ), all the way to the final product. Also, if possible include some of the best internal upgrades to your motor to make it strong, and beefed up for high horsepower, like being able to handle being driven rough. Anyone able to provide this kind of information, or a link to it would be very much appreciated. I'm interested in buying a block/used b18b, and rebuilding it from the groundup, if not just making it into an LS VTEC (have seen the thread on what i'll need for the LS Vtec, now interested in some advice on rebuilding to create good as new engine.

THANKS
