help plz 99 Gsr Swap
whats up everyone. i was wondering if osmeone could help me.
i recently swappd a 99 gsr in my ls integra. i noticed that this things eats alot of oil..but it only has 86,000 km on it..
recently my oil light has been comming on and flashing.. i know this could be a big problem if i dont fix it so i havent been driving the car..
could it be the oil pump? or oil pressure switch? anybody have smiliar problems.. thanks.

Well, this could be many things.
piston rings, valve seals etc.
Do you see any smoke out of your exhaust pipe? what colour?
If I can give you the best piece of advice: leak down test/compression test
You'll pin point the problem exactly.

what up guys.. so i fixd the oil light.. it doesnt come on anymore.. it was the oil pressure switch.. just got it replaced.... but the motor still burns a lil bit of oil.. porbably the rings i guess.. thanks

do a wet compression test and a leakdown test to determine your issue. The problem may even be valve seals which are easy enough to change anyways. Burning oil will foul cats and o2s and create excessive buildup in the combustion chamber and valves.
