fram filters are garbage, use a motomaster brand or whatevre honda reccomends.

mobile 1 synthetic & ultra 94 is the way to go

you should be using 91 octane. Do you currently burn any oil?

wow. Enough is enough...i think we all get the point n if you dont by now its hopeless...figure it out, its a honda not rocket science...i hate how everyone posts useless crap on here

i had a 91 integra and it had 498,989km the guy i got it from ran regular threw it and the oil changes were done way over dew and he just ran the cheapest oil he could find and it still made it that high with original engine and tranny i put a 10 day on it and beat the out of it and used it for a field car and the rear suspension messed up so i pulled the motor 2 build a ls vtec still worked fine when i pulled it out and it still had lots of power hope this helps
